Designing Digital B2B Buying Experiences

I coached an innovation team at a global industrial goods manufacturer throughout their initial project phase. The team was tasked with developing a digital buying infrastructure for their industry clients that converges the many current digital interfaces.

In this project my coaching team and I were responsible for:

  • Setting the methodological groundwork for the newly established team in a kickoff workshop.
  • Planning an extensive customer research phase with structured face to face interviews.
  • Facilitating synthesis and helping the team prioritize insights about customer needs and potential features of the solution.
  • Facilitating the setup of the U.S.-based international and cross-organizational agile development team with its scrum routines, governance and priorities.
